Plenty of Calgary AV companies will drop off a projector. We start somewhere else: what has to happen in the room, who's on stage, and what the audience should walk out with. The equipment list comes after that.
That's why planners bring us in early. We walk the venue, read the contract with you, and flag the things that usually go wrong, like fees for bringing in outside AV, rigging limits, a stream that depends on guest Wi-Fi, or an agenda with no time to change over.

What areas does RnR Productions serve?
We're based in Calgary and do most of our work in Calgary and across Alberta, including Edmonton, Banff and Lake Louise. We also produce events in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal, run multi-city tours across Canada, and have taken shows to Texas and California.
Are you a rental company or a production company?
Both, but production comes first. You can rent gear on its own, but most clients hire us to plan and run the technical side of their event from start to finish.
How is RnR different from the large national AV companies?
We're Canadian-owned and independent, and every project is led by one of our founders. You deal with the same people from the first call through to show day, and our quotes are itemized so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
