Rentals that come with the people who know the gear
Most AV rental quotes in Calgary look alike on paper. The difference shows up at 7:40 a.m. when the keynote's laptop won't talk to the switcher. We rent equipment the way we'd want to receive it: tested before it leaves the shop, labelled, and backed by a technician who can fix it on the spot.
You can rent dry (pickup or delivery, you run it) or full service (we deliver, set up, operate and strike). For anything with more than one presenter, a screen and a microphone, we'll usually recommend a technician. That's not us upselling. A short-staffed room is where most event problems start.

How renting from us works
1. Tell us about the room. Venue, headcount, agenda and anything you already know you want. If you have a floor plan, send it.
2. Get a quote you can read. Line items, labour hours and delivery shown separately. No bundle that hides what you're paying for.
3. We handle the venue. Load-in times, power, rigging points and any in-house AV rules. We sort those out with the venue so you don't find out on the day.
4. Show day. The technician on site knows your run of show. The number you call reaches someone on your job.

Common questions
How far in advance should I book AV rentals in Calgary?
For conferences and galas, four to eight weeks is comfortable. Spring and fall conference season and Stampede week book up fast, so earlier is better then. Smaller rentals can often be turned around within a few days. Call and ask.
Can I rent AV without a technician?
Yes. Simple setups like a speaker and a wireless mic, or a projector and screen, can go out dry. For anything with multiple presenters, video switching or live audio mixing, we recommend a technician on site.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Yes. We regularly work in Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Canmore and Banff, and travel for shows across Canada, including Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.
Can you work in a hotel that has an in-house AV provider?
Often, yes. It depends on your contract. Some venues charge patch, power or rigging fees when an outside company brings in gear. We can review the contract with you before you sign. See our guide to bringing outside AV into a venue.
