Live Streaming & Hybrid Events in Calgary

Multi-camera streams and hybrid sessions that remote viewers actually stay for. Clean audio, real camera work, and a backup plan when venue Wi-Fi does what venue Wi-Fi does.

Remote attendees are part of the audience

Most hybrid events fail the online audience in the same ways: muddy audio from a room mic, one wide camera shot, and questions from remote viewers that never reach the stage. None of that is a technology problem. It's a production problem, and it's fixable.

What we deliver

  • Multi-camera live production with a switched program feed
  • Direct-from-console audio, mixed separately for the stream
  • Streaming to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, LinkedIn or private platforms
  • Zoom, Teams and Webex integration for remote presenters and panellists
  • Lower thirds, slides and branded graphics in the stream
  • Moderated remote Q&A brought into the room
  • Recording of every session, delivered after the event

Connectivity you can count on

We check the venue's internet in advance and plan a backup path for anything that matters. If the connection drops, the recording keeps going and the stream comes back fast.

Streaming is what we do every day

We run automated recording and streaming workflows as an everyday service, not a once-a-year special. Scheduled captures, multi-camera switching and live publishing are routine for our team, and that experience carries over to your event.

Common questions

What internet speed do I need to live stream an event?

As a rule of thumb, you want a wired upload of at least double your stream bitrate. For a 1080p stream that's usually 10 to 20 Mbps up, on a dedicated line rather than shared guest Wi-Fi. We test the venue connection before the event and bring a backup where it matters.

Can remote presenters join from Zoom or Teams?

Yes. We bring remote presenters into the room on screen and into the stream, with proper audio so the room can hear them and they can hear the room.

Do we get recordings of the sessions?

Yes. Every session is recorded locally, independent of the stream, and delivered after the event. Edited highlight videos are also available.

How much does hybrid event production cost?

It depends mainly on the number of cameras, operators and hours. A single-camera stream of a short meeting costs a fraction of a three-camera, full-day conference. We quote each piece separately so you can scale it.
