Event Production & AV in Montreal
Corporate events and national tour stops in Montreal, produced by an independent Canadian team that keeps the show consistent from city to city.
Montreal as part of a national show
Most of our Montreal work is one stop in a bigger story: a national anniversary, a company-wide roadshow or a conference series that moves across the country. Clients want the Montreal audience to get the same show as everyone else, delivered with the same care.

Planning notes for Montreal events
Plan for two languages from the start
Decide early whether slides, graphics, video and signage need French, English or both, and whether you'll need simultaneous interpretation. Those choices affect screen layouts, audio feeds and rehearsal time, so they belong in the plan, not the week of the show.
Keep the tour consistent
For a multi-city event we reuse the same show file, graphics package and run-of-show format at every stop. Montreal gets the same show, with language changes built in.
How we staff out-of-town shows
How we staff a show outside Calgary depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew and gear travel with us. Sometimes our core team flies in and works alongside local crew. We'll tell you which approach fits your event, and why, when we quote.
Either way, one of our founders leads the show. That's the person you planned it with, and they'll be the calm voice on headset when it runs.
Common questions
Can you handle bilingual events in Montreal?
We plan the AV around bilingual content from the start, including screen layouts, graphics and audio feeds for interpretation if you need it.
Do you only work in Montreal on tours?
Tours are a big part of our Montreal work, but we're happy to quote standalone events too.
Do you bring your own crew?
It depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew travels and sometimes our core team works alongside local crew. We'll explain which fits when we quote.
