National events usually go wrong the same way: a different AV company in every city, a different standard at every stop, and a planner stuck in the middle making it all match. We fix that by keeping the same show lead, show design, graphics and run-of-show format at every stop.

How we staff out-of-town shows
How we staff a show outside Calgary depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew and gear travel with us. Sometimes our core team flies in and works alongside local crew. We'll tell you which approach fits your event, and why, when we quote.
Beyond Canada
We're a Canadian company and Canada is our focus, but our clients don't always stay put. We've taken shows to Texas and California when a client needed their event to travel with them.

We're Canadian-owned and not tied to any hotel or venue chain. Every show is led by one of our founders, and every quote is itemized, travel included. You always know who's running your event and what you're paying for.

Where does RnR Productions work?
We're based in Calgary and do most of our work in Calgary and across Alberta. We also produce events in Edmonton, Banff and Lake Louise, Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal, and have taken shows to Texas and California.
Can you run one event across several cities?
Yes. Multi-city tours are one of the things we do best. We keep the same show design, graphics and crew lead at every stop. Quadra's 50th anniversary ran in Vancouver, Montreal and Houston.
Do you bring your own crew and equipment?
It depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew and gear travel, and sometimes our core team flies in and works with local crew. We'll recommend what fits and explain why.
How is travel priced?
Travel and freight are separate line items on every out-of-town quote, so you can see exactly what they cost.
