Waterfront venues book up
Vancouver's convention and hotel space is busy, especially in spring and fall. Lock the venue first, then ask for its AV terms straight away so you know what you can bring in.
Plan the travel line honestly
For a fly-in show, travel and freight are real costs. We show them as separate line items so you can compare them with a local quote fairly. Sometimes that comparison favours local crew working with our show lead, and we'll say so.
How we staff out-of-town shows
How we staff a show outside Calgary depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew and gear travel with us. Sometimes our core team flies in and works alongside local crew. We'll tell you which approach fits your event, and why, when we quote.
Either way, one of our founders leads the show. That's the person you planned it with, and they'll be the calm voice on headset when it runs.

Do you bring your own crew to Vancouver?
It depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew and gear travel, and sometimes our core team works alongside local crew. We'll explain the trade-off when we quote.

Yes. That's what we did for Quadra's 50th anniversary, which ran in Vancouver, Montreal and Houston.
