Corporate Event Production in Calgary

Conferences, AGMs, galas and launches, produced end to end. We're a production company first. We plan the show, not just the equipment list.

Production company first

A lot of AV companies are rental houses that also send a tech. We work the other way around. We start with what needs to happen in the room: who speaks, what they show, what the audience needs to feel. The gear list comes after that.

That means you get a show caller who has read your agenda, a technical director who has walked the venue, and a plan for what happens when the CEO runs twelve minutes long.

What we produce

  • Conferences and conventions: general sessions, breakouts and plenary rooms running at the same time
  • AGMs and shareholder meetings: in person, hybrid or virtual, with voting and Q&A handled cleanly
  • Galas and award nights: stage design, walk-up music, video rolls and live auction support
  • Product launches and town halls: tight run of show, camera-ready lighting and a stream if you need one
  • Multi-city tours: one show design that travels, with the same crew lead in every city

How a production comes together

Discovery. We learn the goals, the audience, the agenda and the budget. We'll tell you honestly if the budget and the vision don't match.

Site visit and design. We walk the venue, check power and rigging, and draw the room. You see the stage, screens and camera positions before anything is booked.

Show prep. We gather presentations early, build graphics and walk-in loops, and write a cue-by-cue run of show.

Rehearsal and show. Tech rehearsal with presenters where possible. On show day, one calm voice on headset runs it.

Wrap. Recordings delivered, invoice matches the quote, and a short debrief so next year is easier.

Common questions

What does a corporate event production company actually do?

We plan and run everything technical in the room: staging, sound, lighting, screens, video, streaming, and the show calling that ties it all together. For many clients we're also the single point of contact with the venue on anything technical.

How much does event production cost in Calgary?

It depends on the room, the number of screens and cameras, and the number of days. A half-day meeting with a screen and mics costs very differently from a two-day conference with a general session and breakouts. We give itemized quotes so you can see where the money goes and what can be cut.

Do you handle hybrid and virtual attendees?

Yes. We produce hybrid sessions with multi-camera streaming, remote presenters and moderated Q&A. See our live streaming page for details.

Will the same people be there on show day as in planning?

Yes. The person who plans your show leads it on site. That's one of the main reasons clients stay with us.
