Toronto has no shortage of AV companies, so this is a fair question. Clients bring us to Toronto for a few reasons. They've worked with us in the West and want the same people. Union and venue labour rules

Some Toronto venues have labour agreements that set who can do which work on site. We confirm those rules early and build them into the crew plan and the quote, so they don't show up as a surprise.

Hotel AV terms vary a lot

How we staff a show outside Calgary depends on the show. Sometimes our full crew and gear travel with us. Sometimes our core team flies in and works alongside local crew. We'll tell you which approach fits your event, and why, when we quote.
